This was recently sent in from a family photo album on a vacation heading to California on old Route 66 in the summer of 1956. It is believed this billboard was just east of Winslow Arizona facing westbound traffic.
The billboard promoted the namesake hot dog called the "Big Boner" and in this case promoting the popular Big Boner Breakfast Hot Dog.
